In order to avoid deficit spending, The Paper did not publish in March.
Although we realize some consider this un-American, The Paper staff agreed there was no other choice.
An allout campaign has been launched to collect past due accounts and increase advertising revenue.
This campaign is open to all who wish to solicit advertising for The Paper, so that we may continue to publish indefinitely.
