Virgil (Jack) Wright was re-elected chairman of the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council at the May 14 meeting. Daniel Schesch and Sister Virginia Williams were elected first and second vice-presidents. Jean Eberle is the new secretary and Ed Walsh, treasurer. Officers serve one year terms with a limit of two terms in any given office.
