With unanimous consent and sincere superlatives the faculty and entire student body of Hamilton Branch #3 named Mrs. Margaret O’Brien our Mother of the Year. She is the mother of Dennis O’Brien, but is godmother of all the school. She has been Santa, the Easter bunny, Valentine cupid, and the good fairy on Halloween; not to a few but to every child in the school bringing cookies and goodies for the entire school on these occasions.
On holidays the faculty is surprised with beautiful and delicious delicacies or even sumptuous catered luncheons. These are only a few of the many gracious bounties heaped upon Hamilton Branch #3 by an extremely modest lady who always says, “Don’t thank me, I’m the one who should be grateful.”
