Bob Moore, chairmen of the S-D Board of Directors has submitted his resignation because of a time conflict.
Mr. Moore is currently a member of the photography staff of the St. Louis Globe Democrat and his working hours prohibits his attendance at Board meetings.
He has also been a volunteer chief photographer for The Paper
