Fifth-Grade Students Create an Original Print

December 1971

Teacher Debbie Williams modelling fabric decorated by her fifth-grade students at St. Roch’s.
An original print, hand-crafted by her fifth grade students, is modelled by Miss Debbie Williams, 5th grade home-room teacher at St. Roch's. Miss Williams blocked off squares on the fabric which the students decorated with indelible markers in blues and greens. A salt water rinse, cutting and sewing, and voila! and exclusive design.
