THE PAPER would like to thank the congregation of Delmar Baptist Church for voting to stay in the neighborhood.
For many years the church has gone beyond the call of duty in supporting neighborhood activities and opening its doors to the community. Among these activities are financial support of the community council, a successful pre-school program with free or low-cost tutition for neighborhood children, an extensive summer program and other special activities.
For these tangible things and just because we are delighted, regardless of demonination, to continue to have the church as a neighbor – thank you, Delmar Baptist.
