A reception for Tom Sleet, artist of the new Skinker-DeBaliviere poster, will be held at the Steinberg Gallery, Washington University, on Saturday, February 20 from 4 to 6 p.m.

The public is invited to attend.

Poster number one will hang in the Council office and St. Louis City will be presented with signed poster number two at the reception.

An invitation has been extended to Mayor Schoemehl to attend. Beginning February 22, the Monday after the reception, unsigned posters will be available, at no charge, to neighborhood residents at the Skinker-DeBaliviere office during normal business hours.
