A comic strip contest in “The Paper”?
The winner will have a monthly strip. Bring your comic (black ink on white paper) to “The Paper” office before Sept. 15! Your entry will be in the next issue. And Spidey reminds his fans… “Doonesbury can’t live forever.
But readers, keep it uncontroversial!”
