Once again the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council has lent its support to The Paper. A loan of $257.25 made to The Paper late last year has been “forgiven” by the council, and in the 1976 SDCC budget an allowance of up to $600 was made for assistance to our publication. We are very gratified that the Council places such a high value on the service we are trying to perform for the community. Thank you, Council members, for your vote of confidence.
