Mark your calendar now! On Wednesday, October 15, the 28th Ward aldermanic candidates will present their views and answer questions from local residents at 7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Grace Methodist Church, Waterman and Skinker. The Skinker-DeBaliviere Unit of the St. Louis League of Women Voters and Grace Methodist Church are sponsoring this opportunity for Jack Flynn (Independent), Vincent Schoemehl, Jr. (Democrat) and Thomas Vaughn (Republican) to meet their future constituents and discuss issues of great concern to us all. Happening less than a week before the October 21 election, the meeting will give voters a chance to address questions of substance to all three candidates at one time, and to compare their answers before making a voting decision. Now is the time to ask the questions!
