Sidewalk Sale

By Pat Kohn

You have just cleaned out bureus and closets— or, wish you had and need a little shove. Hopefully, we can provide it.

The Neighborhood School is sponsoring a monthly sidewalk sale and would be happy to relieve you of your discards thoughout the school year.

The school is a tax deductible organization and a tax receipt for your donations can be obtained. Monthly prec proceeds will provide and additional teacher every morning for the children.

We need EVERYTHING from cutlery to clothes, from toys to teapots, from furniture to fabric!

If you can help us, and we can help you, call 863-9259 for hauling appointments.

The first monthly sidewalk sale will be September 8, at the new American Fur and Tea Trading Co. Building, 5949 Kingsbury…across the street from the Library. Hours will be from 12-5 p.m.

Come rummage, ruminate, and buy on September 8. Please shower your “goodwill” on us.

Call 863-9259 for a haul.
