Dear Editors, As students who use the walk light at Skinker and Waterman every day we’d like to know if Bi-State busses have some special privilege to turn when traffic lights are red. At least twice a week west bound busses turn left from Waterman onto Skinker while we have the walk light. More often east bound busses turn right on to Waterman before we can get across.
What good is the walk light if busses ignore it?
