Forest Park
November 1971
SDCC Board Members approved the plan, originated by local residents, to close Grand Drive in Forest Park between DeBaliviere and Skinker and return the land to park use. The projected addition of green space to the neighborhood has already been approved by the St. Louis Beautification Commission and a number of environmental groups.
