Mr. Bruce Smith of the 5800 block of Pershing has been elected co-chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee of the 7th District. Mr. Smith and his family have lived in the area for several years and have been active in Police Community Relations work for some time. Mrs. Smith was one of the first clerical worker volunteers from the Skinker DeBaliviere area to the 7th District.
