Tina Borsis recently purchased Classical Coffee Company, located at Belt in DeBaliviere Place, from its founder Lois Clay. Borsis plans to continue to stock all the items enjoyed by the store’s many customers.
She has begun to sell a variety of cold drinks and will gradually add some luncheon items to the menu.
She will begin with focaccia, bread, later salad, and then sandwiches. Staff at Classical Coffee remains the same and Borsis is always there on weekends.
